Do not use if you value your time and money
From the initial set up several years ago, there's been nothing but trouble with this company. They charged us more than the quoted plans on their site, and then for each feature that should be 'standard' on a messaging system, they charged an extra charge. When we enquired further about these charges, our messages were ignored. There are no proper instructions on how to do basic functions such as using the template messages and many error message with no explanations, and SMSes bouncing because the number format in HubSpot wasn't correct (even though we were told at the start that CRM Messaging uses a 'smart system' to utilise any format of phone number - not so! It has to be a specific format in order to work). You can't make changes in HubSpot, you have to log into their own portal to make changes and follow up on error messages. Invoices aren't automatically emailed so every month we'd have to log in to download the invoices. To make matters worse, in January we emailed them to cancel our subscriptions (there's no way to do it in our logged-in account...!) and the response was 'in order to process your cancellation, please tell us why'. Our prompt cancellation should not depend on a 'why'...! Seeking feedback is one thing but holding our cancellation hostage is another thing entirely. We told them why the same day and didn't hear back for a week. We had to follow them up to confirm the cancellation, and the same day they confirmed cancellation they also charged our subscriptions for the next 3 months!! Since then, we have raise this issue and asked for a refund, and followed up 3 times, and they are ignoring our request. We're going to have to contact our bank to get a chargeback and block the merchant. So dodgy!!
Connects somewhat with HubSpot
Dishonest, will ignore you and not reply to emails, poor customer service, messaging service doesn't work well, error messages, auto-topup doesn't work, no proper instructions on how to perform functions, can't manage the app from HubSpot, takes money when it is not due and won't return it, each extra thing you want (like redirecting to your actual number so you get replies, and naming the outgoing text with your company name) costs extra per month on the subscription.

Not great. It worked for one day and has not worked since
I do not like the system as it is hard to find in HubSpot upon first getting it connected. And the tech support is very hard t understand , so solving the problem is somewhat difficult.
Texting from HubSpot and it being able to be tracked
Being able to text from HubSpot directly and track it all in app.
It is not in an easy to fins place in HubSpot and it also does not send the texts I send.
