Having worked with BabelQuest at previous companies, I was already aware of their services and had no hesitation on recommending them to my new company. With a tight deadline to migrate data from Salesforce to HubSpot, BabelQuest stepped up and delivered a migration of the data before we lost access to Salesforce and the years of accumulated data. Once the data was migrated, we faced a few pain points with visibility of the data. But even with this, our sales team could already see the advantages of HubSpot and were keen to begin using HubSpot as soon as possible. BabelQuest transitioned us to a new member of their team for ongoing development of the platform from the migration specialist to our new Platform Consultant. Our account manager helped ensure this was smooth and the Platform Consultant then stepped up and held meetings with our technical and sales teams. As the internal stakeholder, this made my life much easier as he was able to use his experience to recognise our company goals and needs with the platform. The data was quickly organised and made visible to everyone, and we quickly moved to creating a plan and goals for the upcoming work to further enhance the platform. BabelQuest helped us move at such a high tempo that we ended up bringing forward some of our agreed support days further increasing our effective use of HubSpot and we decided to add additional days for BabelQuest support for the next year. A customised training session was delivered by the Platform Consultant to our sales team. He had developed a very good understanding of our needs from previous meetings with the sales team and a high energy training session with proactive interaction from our sales team identified future priorities as well as a clear understanding of what was already available to all. Some minor improvements were also added on the fly during the meeting which also showed our sales team how we could further tailor how information is displayed and used.
