To strengthen our sales presence in the competitive logistics market, we launched a comprehensive project with Cepar that combined technology, strategy and operations in an integrated, results-oriented vision. The work started with CRM, with the integration of our product list, the redefinition of sales processes and the centralization of information. The goal was clear: to give the sales force concrete tools to work better, faster and with always up-to-date data. A strength of the project was also the integration between our website and the HubSpot CMS, which now allows us to collect behavioral data and enrich CRM profiles in real time. This allows us to have a complete view of the prospect and to activate increasingly personalized actions along the customer journey. In parallel, we built with Cepar an Account-Based Marketing strategy with targeted outreach to high-potential prospects, leveraging advanced segmentation to create dynamic audiences activated on LinkedIn and Meta. The result is a much more precise go-to-market, where marketing and sales move in synergy. The whole project was designed from a RevOps perspective, with strong integration between technology, processes and people. It was not a simple implementation, but the construction of a modern, sustainable working method aligned with the challenges of our industry.
