Evaluation of the services provided by Inside Inside began working with Implantec just over a year ago, when we decided to migrate our CRM from Pipedrive to HubSpot. At first, we imagined that this transition would be complex, but it went surprisingly smoothly thanks to the work of consultant Rafael Roseiro, who led the initial phase with competence and confidence. However, over time, internal changes in the Inside team had a negative impact on the continuity of the project. The replacement of consultants caused the level of delivery to drop significantly. The new professionals were unable to gain an in-depth understanding of Implantec's needs or propose suitable solutions for our flows. The consultancy was limited to HubSpot's sales module, showing little or no mastery of the other modules that had already been acquired, which made it impossible to create a robust development plan for the tool. Our objective when hiring Inside was to have a partner who would support us in structuring commercial and operational processes within HubSpot. However, after more than a year, we have made no concrete progress in this regard. So we decided to end the contract because, unfortunately, we're practically at the same starting point. Today, I myself have taken responsibility internally for carrying out the tasks we expected from Inside - from organizing and standardizing the properties, creating useful automations for the teams, to building the internal workflows. At the same time, there was also an attempt to involve Inside in the integration quote between HubSpot and Sankhya, a project that also made no progress after more than a year. During contract closure, the after-sales team showed a lack of preparedness to deal with the feedback and frustrations accumulated over the period, opting to close amicably without proposing any plan of correction or solution. In view of this, I do not recommend hiring Inside for companies looking for strategic consultancy on HubSpot. In our experience, the company limited itself to providing basic CRM use, without the technical capacity to lead transformations or structure more robust and personalized processes.
