We implemented HubSpot with Phocus DC around 1.5 years ago. As a partner, I already knew Phocus well from other projects, but not from HubSpot. Due to the positive cooperation, it was clear that we would also implement HubSpot with Phocus and, looking back, I have to say that this was a perfect decision. With Albert Schmidbauer, there was a central contact person for all matters, who could either answer all questions directly or know how to channel them correctly. We implemented the complete Pro Suite with Phocus, including the use of all modules except Service. However, it was a "managed implementation" - in other words, we didn't want to simply have the system implemented, we wanted to be able to do everything ourselves. Our implementation therefore had more of a workshop character. Guided meetings in which the knowledge was passed on to those involved at Innok. Then properties, objects, links, pipelines etc. were built (partly by Phocus due to the time involved) and then there were reviews again and the next steps were taken. The aim of the whole thing: A process and, above all, a system that lives in comparison to the old CRM and that the employees appreciate and enjoy using. And that is a great merit of Phocus to have set the course in the right direction. For the content and website issues, they used another competent external partner who worked just as seamlessly with us and Phocus. A great experience overall. Even today, the continuous (but now rather rare due to demand) consulting continues to run extremely well and satisfactorily. Thank you!
