Ikke bruk hvis du setter pris på tid og penger
Fra det første oppsettet for flere år siden har det ikke vært annet enn problemer med dette selskapet. De tok mer betalt enn det som var oppgitt på nettstedet deres, og for hver funksjon som burde være "standard" i et meldingssystem, tok de en ekstra kostnad. Da vi spurte videre om disse kostnadene, ble meldingene våre ignorert. Det er ingen ordentlige instruksjoner om hvordan man gjør grunnleggende funksjoner som å bruke malmeldingene og mange feilmeldinger uten forklaringer, og SMS-er som spretter fordi nummerformatet i HubSpot ikke var riktig (selv om vi ble fortalt i starten at CRM Messaging bruker et "smart system" for å bruke ethvert format av telefonnummer - ikke sant! Det må være et bestemt format for at det skal fungere). Du kan ikke gjøre endringer i HubSpot, du må logge deg inn i deres egen portal for å gjøre endringer og følge opp feilmeldinger. Fakturaer sendes ikke automatisk på e-post, så hver måned måtte vi logge inn for å laste ned fakturaene. For å gjøre vondt verre sendte vi dem en e-post i januar for å si opp abonnementene våre (det er ikke mulig å gjøre det på vår innloggede konto...!), og svaret var "for å kunne behandle oppsigelsen din, vennligst fortell oss hvorfor". Vår raske oppsigelse bør ikke være avhengig av et "hvorfor"...! Å be om tilbakemelding er én ting, men å holde avbestillingen vår som gissel er noe helt annet. Vi fortalte dem hvorfor samme dag, men hørte ikke noe før etter en uke. Vi måtte følge dem opp for å bekrefte kanselleringen, og samme dag som de bekreftet kanselleringen, belastet de også abonnementene våre for de neste 3 månedene!!! Siden da har vi tatt opp dette problemet og bedt om refusjon, og fulgt opp 3 ganger, og de ignorerer forespørselen vår. Vi må kontakte banken vår for å få en tilbakeføring og blokkere selgeren. Så dodgy!!!
Kobles noe sammen med HubSpot
Uærlig, ignorerer deg og svarer ikke på e-post, dårlig kundeservice, meldingstjenesten fungerer ikke bra, feilmeldinger, automatisk påfylling fungerer ikke, ingen ordentlige instruksjoner om hvordan du utfører funksjoner, kan ikke administrere appen fra HubSpot, tar penger når de ikke forfaller og vil ikke returnere dem, hver ekstra ting du vil ha (som å omdirigere til ditt faktiske nummer slik at du får svar, og navngi den utgående teksten med firmanavnet ditt) koster ekstra per måned på abonnementet.

Ikke så bra. Det fungerte i én dag, men har ikke fungert siden
Jeg liker ikke systemet, da det er vanskelig å finne i HubSpot når jeg først får det koblet til. Og teknisk support er veldig vanskelig å forstå, så det er noe vanskelig å løse problemet.
Sms-er fra HubSpot og muligheten til å spore dem
Å kunne sende tekstmeldinger direkte fra HubSpot og spore alt i appen.
Den er ikke lett å finne i HubSpot, og den sender heller ikke de tekstene jeg sender.
