Due to how our previous CRM system having been altered and re-structured to such a large extent our implementation was a complex one. Intergage supported and understood our requirements, we worked together on formulating the best approach to take. We went through a process of consolidating and formatting customer data from our previous system in readiness to migrate into the new HubSpot CRM platform, this was helped immensely by the support of Intergage and Jo in particular. We started to have weekly meetings at the start the migration to HubSpot from our existing CRM system and they continue with Mali, Isobel and Dee where we cover a series of issues/topics and we receive excellent support from the team – whatever the process or query we have they always manage to resolve it for us. The Intergage team have made our transition over to HubSpot much easier than I thought possible, this in a major part is due to the extensive knowledge of HubSpot Intergage have, thanks very much!

HubSpot onbaording from existing CRM System

The Intergage team helped us understand the benefits of switching to HubSpot from our historic CRM system which was done through a series of DEMO sessions with Paul Sullivan and his colleagues. We quickly decided HubSpot really worked for us! After making the commitment to proceed we were introduced to Mali Brown, Head of HubSpot delivery at Intergage. Mali and her colleague Isobel initiated a series of weekly meetings to start the migration to HubSpot from our existing CRM system. The process started with data transfer, we then moved onto customising HubSpot to suit our business needs and finally creating the reporting dashboard. The Intergage team made this process really simple due to their extensive knowledge of HubSpot and we finished the migration ahead of time which was a fantastic result. Thanks to the whole Intergage team for a well executed onboarding project!
