Sync data between Connectwise PSA (formerly Manage) and HubSpot without manual data entry or messy, time-consuming imports.
Here’s what you get with Data Sync by HubSpot:
- Two-way sync: Data is shared between ConnectWise PSA and HubSpot in real time
- Default field mappings: Set-up is quick with out-of-the-box field mappings already created for you
- Historical syncing: Your existing data will sync right away, and updates will sync as they happen
Note: Requires a secure ConnectWise domain. Please be aware of field type limitations in the sync!
Funktionen
Sync Connectwise PSA and HubSpot data
Make manual data entry a thing of the past by syncing data between HubSpot and Connectwise PSA. When records are created or updated in either app, that information will be automatically shared with the other one.
Custom field mappings
Custom field mappings are available with Data Hub Starter and up (paid). Custom mappings add the flexibility to create your own mappings or make changes to your default ones.

Das Plugin ist ohne bidirektionalen Finanzausgleich unzureichend - bis diese kritische Lücke geschlossen ist, wird es nicht funktionieren.
Solange das ConnectWise PSA-Plugin keine bidirektionale Synchronisierung von Finanzmetriken (Opportunity-Prognosen usw.) durchführen kann, ist es für unser Team nicht geeignet.

Doppelte Unternehmen und Kontakte
Einrichtung einer 2-Wege-Synchronisation zwischen unserer ConnectWise PSA- und HubSpot-Instanz. HupSpot hat Tausende von Duplikaten in ConnectWise erstellt. Wir haben viel Geld ausgegeben, um die Duplikate manuell aus ConnectWise PSA zu löschen. Dieser Fehler hat uns eine Menge Geld gekostet.
Sieht nach einem guten Dienst aus, wenn er nicht Tausende von Datensätzen duplizieren würde.
