Sync data between Connectwise PSA (formerly Manage) and HubSpot without manual data entry or messy, time-consuming imports.
Here’s what you get with Data Sync by HubSpot:
- Two-way sync: Data is shared between ConnectWise PSA and HubSpot in real time
- Default field mappings: Set-up is quick with out-of-the-box field mappings already created for you
- Historical syncing: Your existing data will sync right away, and updates will sync as they happen
Note: Requires a secure ConnectWise domain. Please be aware of field type limitations in the sync!

Sync Connectwise PSA and HubSpot data
Make manual data entry a thing of the past by syncing data between HubSpot and Connectwise PSA. When records are created or updated in either app, that information will be automatically shared with the other one.
Custom field mappings
Custom field mappings are available with Data Hub Starter and up (paid). Custom mappings add the flexibility to create your own mappings or make changes to your default ones.

Plugin falls short without bidirectional financial sync - dead on arrival until this critical gap is addressed
Until the ConnectWise PSA plugin can perform bidirectional sync of financial metrics (opportunity forecasts, etc.) it is DOA for our team.
Syncing opportunity data.

Duplicated Companies and Contacts
Setup 2 way sync between our ConnectWise PSA and HubSpot instance. HupSpot created thousands of duplicates in ConnectWise. We have spent a lot of money manually deleting the duplicates out of ConnectWise PSA. This error has cost us a lot of money.
Looks like a good service if it did not duplicate thousands of records.
