Very responsive team

Working with Hubgem has been a dream. Gemma Woods has been incredibly responsive in terms of delivering training and understanding our current admissions workflows and translating them into HubSpot admissions workflows. Gemma and her colleague Charlie Tedder can also see work arounds or resolve or advise on issues usually within 48 hours. I don't think I've worked with such a responsive team in a long time. Great team.

Personable, Efficient and Highly Effective

It has been a steep learning curve getting to grips with HubSpot during the busiest time of the Admissions year and we could not have managed without Gemma Woods and Charlie Tedder. Gemma took us through the building of our processes and the way she was able to listen to different team members talk and distil it into workflows in real time, whilst asking pertinent questions and maintaining a calm and professional manner was incredibly impressive. Her experience and patience are outstanding and we have been incredibly impressed with her efficiency, intelligence and ability to understand our needs and deliver solutions that work for us. Charlie has also been brilliant to work with. He has been patient and flexible in producing solutions to our needs and supporting and troubleshooting things as necessary. He has followed through on solutions and ensured he was able to deliver what we needed. Both Charlie and Gemma are also so easy to work with and really personable and patient. They made us feel very well supported.

Patient and helpful

Onboarding to a new system at the beginning of a very busy term was always going to be a little stressful but Gemma and Charlie certainly helped to alleviate some of the stress with their patient, helpful manner. As I find my feet with the new system, I know that I can ask my questions (and I do, often) and they will be there to support.

Outstanding Support

We've been using HubSpot for quite a few years, but with the rapid growth of our organisation we needed support to build out HubSpot to meet our increasing operational requirements. Olly Featherstone and Olly Kenyon have both been fantastic. Olly Featherstone was our HubGem lead and really took the time to listen to the team and understand our various pain points and wish list items. They've been great in untangling complex requests and incredibly patient and helpful throughout the whole process. Highly recommend!
