Business Engagement Onboarding

We recently engaged HubGem to support the onboarding of our Business Engagement Team. After an initial meeting with Gemma, who was very passionate and knowledgeable and who proudly spoke about her experienced team, we agreed our priorities, and a clear and structured plan was developed. Our consultant, Leah Dougherty, was assigned to our onboarding and delivered an outstanding service from start to finish. Leah consistently came to meetings well-prepared, bringing a positive attitude and a clear list of actionable tasks as well as a beaming smile on her face! Her patience, expertise, and reassuring approach made the entire process smooth and stress-free. (almost stress-free!) Communication was excellent throughout, with timely email follow-ups and a wealth of resources—including videos and training recordings—available via Trello for ongoing reference. After 6 weeks of onboarding, I feel confident that I can now take forwards what I have learnt to streamline our processes, improve customer relationship and sales pipeline management, marketing automation, and reporting capabilities. Fabulous onboarding experience

I can't speak highly enough of the service received from HubGem, and Gemma Woods, and her team Ellie and Alex, in particular. I don't think we would have successfully onboarded HubSpot without them and they made it very easy for us - walking us through each step and working through thorny issues to find solutions. Their service has, without a doubt, contributed to the success we have had so far with HubSpot and I look forward to onboarding our final cohort in a few weeks' time!

Amazing support

Gemma and Charlie at HubGem have supported us with onboarding (and still are) for three brands in what feels like a short period of time! Gemma articulates the features and areas of HubSpot so well in our weekly sessions and herself and Charlie are always willing to take on any challenge or requests that we throw their way, as part of our rolling support plan, always coming up with some kind of solution to our complicated needs. It's great knowing that they are on hand to support us with any aspect of HubSpot in the context of our specific brands. As a bonus, they're both lovely people to work with!

Excellent knowledge, advice, support and feedback

Leah has been working hard to support me in uploading data properly! Her advice and knowledge has been invaluable. I have no CRM training and my experience and confidence is gradually developing on the job. Leah was reliable in taking note of my questions and queries and giving excellent feedback following our sessions. Her instructions were clear and understandable and simple enough for someone with no CRM experience. I cannot recommend Leah enough and hope that she will continue to be available were I to have more HubSpot challenges. Thank you so much Leah :)

Efficient, Professional and Knowledgeable

I had a wonderful experience working with Gemma at Hubgem. Nothing was too much trouble, in addition to weekly team training sessions she was happy to schedule in one-to-one sessions. She is efficient, professional, polite, patient and incredibly supportive.

Guy has been a great resource for us to implement the new HubSpot CRM system. He has guided us through every step of the process and worked in partnership with us to build and develop a system that replicates our current processes.

Gemma W, Eleanor-May and Alex were all very knowledgeable, responsive, and helpful! They helped us not only get set up and settled in but figure out some unique solutions to challenges we faced. They showed expertise in every facet of HubSpot, but especially in 3rd party apps, helping us organise the back end of our open days and clear up duplicates. I would have a hard time saying anything less-than-stellar about them or our onboarding experience!
