A seamless and supportive HubSpot onboarding journey

We have just completed our HubSpot onboarding, with the support of Olly F and Olly K from HubGem. The whole of our Marketing and Admissions team have been involved in the process, and it has been fantastic to see how inclusive and collaborative the experience has been from start to finish. Olly F brought a great balance of technical expertise and practical insight, answering many of our ‘silly’ questions with great patience along the way. He took time to understand our processes and challenged our thinking in a constructive and supportive way, ensuring we have built solutions that genuinely enhance the way we work, particularly around communication workflows, and reporting. The training sessions were clear, well-paced, and full of useful tips, particularly around AI, with Olly keeping us on track throughout, meaning the team felt confident at go-live. Overall, it’s been a really positive experience, and I’d highly recommend HubGem to anyone looking for a collaborative, knowledgeable, and supportive onboarding partner.

We had Olly F supporting our HubGem onboarding and he provided a 5-star service. He was always available to help and explain things in a digestable way, the onboarding process had a great flow to it and allowed us to build our skills and knowledge each week. Olly was always well prepared and brimming with suggestions and answers to any and all questions. We also had Olly K supporting the implementation of our customer workflows and general data implementation, he has also been fantastic at understanding our process and adapting this to create a system that fits our requirements.
