Highly recommended - Second project with HubGem and they were fantastic again

Fantastic onboarding and ongoing support

We have been working with HubGem now for 1.5-2 years. Initially, their support was to onboard us onto HubSpot. Since then, we have had an ongoing support plan where they have helped to bring all of our services into HubSpot and utilise the reporting, marketing, and automation tools to take over things like our session communication, KPI reporting, and more. Leah is our consultant and is fantastic. She takes the time to listen and understand our processes, and then outlines all available options to help us come to an informed decision rather than just giving us one option. This has also helped us to think about our own processes at times. Megan has been our Exec and supported with the build out of these processes, she's got great attention to detail and has felt like an extension to our team at points. We couldn't rate HubGem more highly for the support they've given so far.
