The RevOps Expert Who Helped Build Our CS Department From Scratch

I had the privilege of working closely with Romano during his time as Head of Growth & Revenue Operations at Worldia, and I can confidently say he's one of those rare professionals who combines strategic vision with genuine people skills. Romano was instrumental in centralizing all Sales and CSM needs across our different markets while being the driving force behind our CRM implementation. His ability to build structured, sustainable processes empowered teams rather than constrained them. Two years ago, we built the Customer Success department from scratch together, and Romano's expertise in Revenue Operations was fundamental to our success. From designing workflows to maintaining and optimizing them as we scaled, he ensured we had the operational foundation to grow effectively. What I appreciated most about working with Romano? He's always smiling, incredibly professional, a great listener, and genuinely available.
