Recent integration update ruined auto-logging functionality, making cold call management a manual nightmare
Used to work great, then dialpad updated the integration recently and it's terrible. We'll be switching. Dialpad used to auto-log calls to HubSpot. Now, when making calls, dialpad will no longer auto-log calls. I reached out to support and they affirmed to me that it was a design decision and only calls associated with tickets will be auto-logged - or calls that are associated with an already-existing contact. We make a lot of cold calls and now we have a ton of work to do to log calls manually. Dialpad support iterated to me that this would be the way it works going forward.

Some issues experienced with HubSpot's Dialpad integration
Dialpad integration with HubSpot could be improved upon.
Can answer calls
Must use Chrome browser, cannot use Safari or Edge. The users' Contact profiles in HubSpot's CRM do not automatically populate if a contact record exists that is associated with that phone number. I haven't had success with the sound system alerting me of calls but, that might just need some more troubleshooting. There could be other innovative features to add in the future that would improve the user's experience with this communication tool.
