1/4 - how to clone a deal within a workflow
If you want to build a subscription-logic with HubSpot Deals (one sale means multiple deals in the future, one for every year for example), or if you have a lot of properties and line items in one deal, it might be nice to automatically clone deals for the next lead - or for the same client next year, instead of having to rebuild the entire deal again.
This app allows you to name the cloned deal, utilising deal tokens (the original name for example + a prefix or suffix).
Additionally, you have the flexibility to assign a pipeline stage to the new deal. Furthermore, you can customize the action to maintain filtered activities, associations with contacts and companies as well as filtered line items.The line items are duplicated and linked to the new deal seamlessly.

Use a workflow action to clone a deal
Set a name for the cloned deal and select which activities, associations & line items to keep.
Clone a deal using the CRM Card on the right
You will see a new card on the right hand side in deals, that allows you to press the button to clone a deal. The new deal will be in the same pipeline & stage, with the appendix "(cloned)" at the end of the name (like cloning an email or a workflow).

We take your privacy seriously. We only store the data necessary (HubSpot portal ID, register date and settings), never any personal or sensitive information. If you subscribe using stripe, your payment and personal data is stored by Stripe. Our servers are located in Germany.
We also save the information if the toggle to skip unique properties is turned on or off within your app.

Perfekte Lösung für automatisches Deal-Klonen mit wiederkehrenden Line Items - endlich korrektes Reporting ohne manuellen Aufwand!
Deals per Workflow zu klonen war für uns eine extrem wichtige Funktion, die HubSpot aktuell so nicht bietet. Wir haben mit der App die Logiken umsetzen können, aus initialen Deals mit einmaligen und wiederehrenden Line Items automatisch neue Deals zu klonen, die nur noch die recurring line items haben, also unsere "Vertragsdeals". Damit haben wir ohne manuellen Aufwand ein korrektes Reporting und eine gute Handhabung und Übersicht für den Vertrieb geschaffen.

Perfect solution for streamlining our multi-unit workflow - eliminates manual work while maintaining full visibility across teams
We use this functionality for all our business units with slightly different setups, using workflow actions to clone deals, but keeping all associations and open tasks visible in both deals is a great feature to support our customer success and sales team, and limiting manual clickwork for those teams.
