We had been on HubSpot for about eight years by the time we engaged with 3 Ventures. That meant they weren’t working with a blank slate, they had to navigate an environment with existing data, structures, and legacy processes already in place. That can make things more complex, but they didn’t skip a beat. We brought them in as part of a larger shift. We had recently moved off Dynamics and made HubSpot our primary CRM. Since we use Acumatica as our ERP, that move surfaced a whole set of integration and workflow challenges. There’s no native HubSpot integration for Acumatica unless you’re using Acumatica CRM, which we weren’t. 3 Ventures solved that with a custom application that takes data exported from Acumatica and plugs it into HubSpot cleanly and reliably. They also built custom properties and workflows that mirrored how we actually store and use data, and they trained our sales team to use it effectively. The transition felt seamless. They went further than just setup. They helped us unlock value from the data we already had by building custom segmented lists using the ERP data, allowing us to market additional services to existing clients in a way we hadn’t been able to before. They also gave us a full framework to nurture new leads who come through gated content on our site via sales sequences in HubSpot. What stood out most was their approach. They didn’t just dive into the tool. They took time to understand our business and then built solutions from the ground up based on that understanding. It wasn’t about forcing HubSpot to work in a certain way. It was about aligning the tool to our business in the smartest way possible.
