We recently partnered with Three Ventures to re-configure our HubSpot to better align the platform with our business model, and the experience was nothing short of outstanding. The team helped us create a customized user experience that perfectly aligns with our needs. They help us map out our marketing and sales processes, ensuring everything was seamlessly integrated and effective. Additionally, they provided thorough training & training materials for our team and continue to coach us. Great partner!

Exceptional Services Provided by a World Class Company!

Three Ventures worked with our company to first understand our systems, processes and business models including our sales processes to be sure they understood how we managed our business to assure they could provide the proper recommendations and fully understand the scope of our project. Project Management Skills: Three Ventures excels in project management and works quickly to manage through challenges and objections to understand what's ahead, and cross tasks off the list and works to prioritize items to stay on track. The sense of urgency and ownership to move projects forward made it clear that I was working with the right team! Communication and Transparency: Curtis and his team are able to clearly communicate technical information to even the most non-technical individuals to allow for clear understanding of what has taken place and what next steps are. The open and honest communication showed to be one of the best parts about working with three ventures. They made all efforts to communicate any challenges, showed integrity, and honesty in all areas. We reviewed hours worked on a weekly basis and there was never any question as to if we were on track and on budget. Curits and his team are extremely open and honest and work with integrity always. Integration and systems connections: Curtis and team worked to help us better understand our own systems internally and how they worked from a technical perspective and made it clear what our connection integration options were, and worked to help us make the right decisions, by weighing out the pros and cons to make the right decisions for our company today and long term. Our ending outcome was, a custom hybrid integration between HubSpot and our on premise CPQ platform using Azure which included a custom application to handle endpoints for webhooks and custom business logic. HubSpot Sales Enablement, Training, CRM Implementation: Three ventures helped us to build out our CRM system based on our current selling process, create sales enablement tools, custom properties, custom pipelines, and customized automations to create an easy tool for sellers to use to help streamline sales processes and prospecting efforts. Three ventures created clear step by step written training documents to allow our sellers to refer back to use when needed. Professionalism: Three Ventures was extremely professional and pleasant to work with. They were accommodating to our scheduling needs, even though we were working in completely different time zone made every effort to make sure we didn’t notice a difference. After working together for some time, we have truly built a partnership and are planning on using them for other business needs as they offer many different services.

These guys are very skilled at HubSpot integration, we will work with them again.

We went to 3V with a long list of needs and a short timeline. Curtis and Conner were there for us every step of the way. They got our ticketing system, CRM, and website up and dialed in before our deadline. We had weekly update meetings, they took their time to teach us about the tools they were giving us, and it was a successful rollout.
