Réduit réellement le chaos des tickets de support et révèle des informations cachées sur les clients.

Un outil qui aide _vraiment_ à gérer la surcharge de support Nous fabriquons des claviers androïdes et nous sommes absolument submergés de tickets de support. J'étais sceptique à propos d'un autre outil d'analyse, mais Isara est vraiment à la hauteur. Le meilleur, c'est qu'il a détecté que 40% de nos tickets étaient juste des gens qui posaient les mêmes questions à propos des permissions et de la configuration des claviers. Nous avons corrigé nos documents d'aide en fonction de ce qu'Isara a signalé et boom, beaucoup moins de tickets répétitifs. Notre équipe d'assistance a maintenant le temps de s'occuper des vrais problèmes. Nous avons également découvert quelque chose d'intéressant - Isara nous a montré que les clients qui posent des questions sur les thèmes sont beaucoup plus susceptibles d'acheter notre version premium.
