Actually delivers on reducing support ticket chaos and reveals hidden customer insights
Something that _actually_ helps with support overload We make android keyboards and get absolutely hammered with support tickets. Was skeptical about another analytics tool but Isara actually delivers. The best part - it caught that like 40% of our tickets were just people asking the same questions about keyboard permissions and setup. We fixed our help docs based on what Isara flagged and boom, way fewer repetitive tickets. Our support team actually has time to handle real issues now. Also discovered something interesting - Isara showed us that customers asking about themes were way more likely to buy our premium version. Never would have spotted that pattern ourselves. CS team now jumps on those conversations. Setup with HubSpot was super quick, maybe 5 mins? And it started analyzing our old tickets right away which was nice. Not perfect - sometimes the sentiment analysis gets a bit confused with technical complaints vs actual angry customers, but overall it's been worth it.
