Qualcosa che _effettivamente_ aiuta a gestire il sovraccarico di assistenza Produciamo tastiere per Android e siamo assolutamente sommersi di ticket di assistenza. Eravamo scettici riguardo a un altro strumento di analisi, ma Isara è stato davvero efficace. La parte migliore è che ha rilevato che il 40% dei nostri ticket era costituito da persone che facevano le stesse domande sui permessi e sulla configurazione della tastiera. Abbiamo sistemato i nostri documenti di aiuto in base a ciò che Isara segnalava e boom, un numero molto inferiore di ticket ripetitivi.
