Frustrating errors and slow calling performance make this a disappointing experience

Dialpad has been showing multiple errors when dialing through HubSpot.

Forced takeover of my computer with ridiculous SMS limitations - only using because HubSpot is too expensive

I do not like the iPad but only using it because HubSpot phone numbers are too expensive.

Takes over my computer and defaults constantly to Dialpad for dialing out but I don't like that

Thanks for sharing this feedback, and I’m sorry for the frustration with Dialpad taking over calling behaviour and the SMS limitations you’re seeing. To change which app opens phone links by default, you can follow Apple’s steps for macOS here: https://discussions.apple.com/thread/254712521 and Microsoft’s guide for Windows here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/4007141/phone-link-tel-links. If you’re still running into issues after updating your defaults, please contact our support team at https://www.dialpad.com/contact-support so we can take a closer look at your setup. Regarding SMS, the sending limits and registration requirements are part of industry-wide A2P (Application-to-Person) SMS compliance, even when you’re not running marketing campaigns.
