Really disappointing
This integration is very basic. There is some syncing of contacts and messages, but you can't manually associate things with deals, companies, etc. You can't take advantage of tagging emails to view interactions. The data that is shown in HelpScout is very minimal. Overall, it's really disappointing.
We were on HelpScout before we started with HubSpot. We use HelpScout as shared inboxes for sales, customer support, and everything else.

Really limited functionality
Honestly, disappointed with this integration. Only the initial email syncs into HubSpot, and the corresponding conversation doesn't sync. Defeats the purpose of integrating email with CRM
