Aircall unifies human and AI-powered conversations inside HubSpot. Now Reps and AI Agents both work inbound and outbound calls, SMS, and tickets on the same HubSpot records.
The standard Aircall integration handles rep-driven call logging and sync; Aircall AI Actions is the integration that gives Aircall's AI Agents live, permissioned access to that HubSpot data, so an AI Agent handling a call or message can look up a contact, pull company context, and act while the conversation is live.
Every AI Action is opt-in. Admins choose exactly which actions an Agent can take — look up a contact, pull company details, book a meeting — with an explicit check for each one, so access to HubSpot stays scoped and auditable. Agents work from your actual HubSpot data, so responses are grounded in the account's real history. Voice and SMS run on one platform, handled by both reps and AI Agents together, the same record whether a person or an Agent worked it.

Good but could be improved
Mostly good aside from a few small frustrations
Not having to copy and paste a number from HubSpot into a seperate Aircall window.
It often opens multiple I-frames. It would be much better if there was a native UI that didn't require using an IFrame. Native SMS functionality in HubSpot would also be great. SMS don't log automatically in HubSpot.
