We have just completed the Discovery stage of our HubSpot implementation with Forbidden, and the experience has been excellent. We appointed Forbidden to support HubSpot implementation back in October 2024, and worked with them for a 12 period through implementation and improvement of our system. It's fair to say in this time that both businesses went through multiple changes and evolutions, which we felt from our side and lost some momentum in transition. Rob joined towards the start of 2025 and changed our experience drastically as Ash settled his team in place. We started to really enjoy our implementation and to get real value in this roll out via Rob, with our plans and aspirations being brought to life. We've since brought in a CRM exec, but absolutely hope to maintain a relationship with Forbidden to support on a project basis moving forward.
