I cannot recommend these guys and specifically Hannah enough

Honestly these guys are so good. Whilst i had limited time with the wider team, Hannah was incredible. She was personable, which is half the battle, took things completely at my pace and had so much patience with me in the early stages (when it just felt like brain surgery or learning a new language from scratch). As time moved on and the system was more familiar, she sped up and matched my energy at every stage. She is an absolute credit to Forbidden and as and when we sign up for the next stage of our journey, it will be as a direct result of Hannah

Migration, Architecture and Onboarding

Ollie guided us through a complex transition from our limited legacy CRM system with great patience, skill and insight. He took time to understand our existing processes, and really get to the bottom of the structure and strategic direction of our business to identify capabilities we didn't know we needed and ways in which HubSpot could help. With this knowledge he mapped our requirements to HubSpot, and implemented a system that will add real value to our organisation. As we grow into the new system we know there are further possibilities we might wish to bring online and won't hesitate to use Forbidden again to support us with that.
