I had a positive experience with the HubSpot CRM implementation project with Hook. Right from the start, the team showed the business and technical knowledge to understand our needs and translate them into HubSpot solutions. We migrated 4 different platforms to HubSpot and unified everything into a new base. The process was structured, agile and at the same time flexible to adapt to the particularities of our business. What struck me most was the team's ability to guide us through best sales and marketing practices, ensuring that it wasn't just a technical implementation, but a transformation in the way we manage our customer relationships. Hook proved to be not just a technology partner, but a strategic partner.

We had to take on deliveries in order not to miss important deadlines, because either HOOK was late or simply didn't have the necessary expertise to solve them. This led to rework, wear and tear and, above all, the feeling that we had hired something that wasn't actually delivered. In the end, the lack of care in understanding our demands and committing to them was evident. It seemed as if they just wanted to "run the setup" and that was that, without caring about the long-term success of the project. The experience left a lot to be desired.

We then contracted an ERP integration and support project, and we're very happy with the team's day-to-day service and attention. We had problems right from the start: the team assigned to us had no senior knowledge of the platform, the project area didn't know how to conduct the implementation, they cancelled meetings that had already been scheduled without prior warning, all the flows created when they were put into operation didn't work, we asked to know the best practices for each module so that we could optimize the processes, and at no time were they able to actually present how the tool worked, they weren't able to show the handovers, given that the project was to integrate the MKT, Sales, CS and Support areas, Sales, CS and Support areas. At every meeting we had, the only thing we knew for sure was that they wanted to get rid of the work, the questions that were asked were answered with "we'll do it later", and it was never concluded, the tickets that were opened were not answered, because they simply "disappeared" from the platform, and when we asked, they couldn't explain what had happened, and that was that, finally the internal teams dedicated themselves to understanding how the platform worked in order to do the best with what we had. In short, there were so many mistakes that we had to hire another company to diagnose what we had, and the solution was to delete everything and start from scratch. All the problems reported here, and many others, were pointed out to both Hook and HubSpot, but nothing was actually done, or improved, so that as a client we could be taken care of.
