Our HubSpot Enterprise project started with a clear vision - but also with many open issues: numerous companies and brands, consisting of manufacturing companies and international market units, plus distributed tools, legacy systems and the challenge of combining global and local marketing in a meaningful way. The focus was particularly on the introduction of a new email marketing system that is scalable and centrally controllable. At the same time, the pressure was great: to go live quickly without compromising on quality. Due to contractual conditions we had a very tough timeline to migrate from our previous CRM system to HubSpot. Overall this had to be done within 5-6 weeks from A-Z. With the colleagues from Open CX we set priorities and the Open-team delivered on time. On top of setting up the system this included parts of the data migration, team trainings etc. Result was great - we managed to start working on HubSpot on the defined data.
