Decent call tracking but plagued by bugs and poor mobile integration

Complete waste of time - wrong fit for our team size and automated SMS needs, felt like we were pushed into it for kickbacks
We looked into Aircall based on HubSpot's recommendation. It was not a good fit based on size of our team and what we were looking to do (send out automated 1:1 sms texts. Complete waste of time and it felt like we were getting pushed into it because they got some sort of kickback. No other explanation why we were sent over there.
