Complete waste of time - wrong fit for our team size and automated SMS needs, felt like we were pushed into it for kickbacks
We looked into Aircall based on HubSpot's recommendation. It was not a good fit based on size of our team and what we were looking to do (send out automated 1:1 sms texts. Complete waste of time and it felt like we were getting pushed into it because they got some sort of kickback. No other explanation why we were sent over there.

Great calling system with tight support ticket integration
Aircall is a great calling system, but more impressive is the tight integration with HubSpot especially for customer service / help desk purposes. The automatic generation and population of support tickets is better than I hoped, and with the AI Assist functions with Aircall, the information that gets pre-populated minimizes the documentation requirements for agents. Links to voicemails in Aircall are provided along with a summary of the inquiry.
