Great integration with HubSpot and automated SMS - smooth implementation so far!
Works well!
automated one-to-one SMS messages, power dialer grabs numbers directly out of HubSpot
Still implementing, so may find some cons later.

Great HubSpot integration with excellent IVR capabilities, but duplicate contact issues and missing SMS features hold it back
It is a great integration, I have a few minor issues but it seems to be working great so far! Would recommend.
Integrates well with HubSpot, I can call from HubSpot directly or Aircall and it will log to both. The IVR capabilities have completely solved my issues with forwarding to an outside virtual reception.
HubSpot identifies contacts by email and Aircall by phone number, so there is a difficulty there with duplicate contacts. Also some issues with not having a SMS side card, so you need to go to Aircall to send SMS.
